Pesto Bowties With Chicken Recipe

• 6 ounce (1/2 package) Muellers bowties
• 1 package (1/2 ounce) pesto sauce mix
• 1/2 c. of water
• 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
• 1 package (8oz) mozzarella cheese, cut into 1/2 inch cubes
• 1 pint cherry tomatoes, halved or possibly quartered
• 8 ounce grilled or possibly broiled chicken, cut into chunks

1. Cook bowties according to package directions.
2. Drain, cover and set aside.
3. In a large bowl, stir together pesto sauce mix, water and oil with fork till blended.
4. Add in pasta, cheese, cherry tomatoes, and chicken, toss to coat.
