A Nutritionist's Recipe Spicy Pickled Cucumbers

  1. Cover the cucumbers with the salt to brine.
  2. Wash with water and pat dry.
  3. Use a peeler to remove the skins from Step 1 in some places.
  4. Chop into long and narrow chunks.
  5. Mix with the soy sauce.
  6. Drain the canned tuna well and place in a bowl.
  7. Add the A ingredients and mix well.
  8. Add the cucumbers from Step 2 and dress with the mixture.
