Pork and Asparagus Tossed in Egg Yolk and Soy Sauce
- 150 grams Pork (thin-sliced or bits)
- 6 stalks Asparagus
- 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 Egg yolk (farmer-fresh, for eating raw)
- 1 tsp Honey
- Mix the ingredients for the egg yolk and soy sauce dressing.
- Trim the asparagus and slice diagonally into 3-4 cm lengths.
- Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces.
- Bring water to a boil and add the asparagus.
- Cook for 3 minutes before draining.
- Next, boil the meat.
- After the meat changes color, drain, and submerge in ice water.
- Drain the meat throughly and mix with the asparagus and dressing from step 1.
- Arrange on a plate.
