Marsha's Holiday Stuffing

  1. Preheat oven to 325'.
  2. Spray a 13x9 baking dish with Pam.
  3. In a large sauce pan bring chicken broth,water,and chicken bouillon cubes to a boil.
  4. Add butter,celery,mushrooms and onion and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add black pepper,beau monde seasoning,pourlty seasoning,basil, and Accent (or salt), stir in well.
  6. Remove from heat and add herb stuffing crumbs.
  7. Stir well.
  8. Add egg and whipping cream and blend in well.
  9. Pour in greased baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until fork insert comes out clean.
  10. (You don't want to over bake though).
  11. NOTE: If adding sausage (or other meats), Mix it in before you place the stuffing in baking dish.
  12. If stuffing mixture is to dry add more whipping cream, or if to much liquid add more herb crumbs.
