Pork-Wrapped Okra

  1. Wash the okra and remove the tops.
  2. Sprinkle the pork slices with salt and pepper.
  3. Wrap the okra with pork and then sprinkle with katakuriko.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and cook through Step 2.
  5. (Don't touch them often at first.)
  6. While cooking, combine the seasonings.
  7. Once the pork is cooked, soak up any excess oil with a paper towel and then pour in the ingredients.
  8. Once the pork is covered with the sauce, it's done!
  9. It's perfect in a bento.
