Horseradish Dipping Sauce

• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 2 scallions, green and white parts, finely chopped
• 2 tablespoons prepared (or grated fresh) horseradish
• 1/4 cup chili sauce (such as Heinz)
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1. Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl, and refrigerate until needed.
