Mom B's Chili Colorado

  1. Heat oil and add pork.
  2. Cook over medium-high heat until browned about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
  5. Remove cover and cook 30 minutes more or until pork is tender.
