Grilled Summer Vegetables With Herb Garlic Butter
- 3 Ears of corn
- 1 large zucchini quartered
- 2 large green tomatoes sliced i1/2 inch thickness
- 1 stick of butter with olive oil
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 1/2 tsp Italian herbs
- Fire up grill.
- Prepare herb garlic butter place softened butter in medium bowladd herb and garlic seasoning mix well and set aside.
- Clean wash and prepare veggies for grill wait until coals are white hot with no obvious flame.
- Spray veggies with olive oil Pam and sprinkle lightly with salt.
- Place veggies on grill corn will take a little longer.
- Turning every few (5) min and remove when fork tender
- Place on platter spread with herb garlic butter and serve
