Shahana's Meaty Country Ribs

  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Place meat in baking dish.
  3. Brush with oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  4. Bake 45 minutes turning once.
  5. Drain fat.
  6. In bowl combine vinegar, sugar, mustard and Tomato Sauce.
  7. Pour over meat.
  8. Cover and bake at 350F for 45 minutes to 1 hour until done basting occassionally with sauce mixture.
