Thai Pasta with Sausage and Peppers

  1. Slice sausage in half length wise, then cut again making half moon shapes.
  2. Place in your skillet with the panchetta and cook till panchetta is slightly crisp.
  3. Stir in your stir fry peppers and cook till heated through.
  4. Note: If using fresh peppers and onions, cook till soft.
  5. If you are using a frozen package, cook mixture until liquid has cooked off.
  6. Cook your Orzo pasta until aldenta.
  7. While pasta is cooking, in a bowl, combine peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine, ginger, Chinese five spice, and honey, and mix until smooth.
  8. Set to the side.
  9. Once pasta is cooked and drained, add it to your sausage and peppers.
  10. Mix together until both are evenly combined.
  11. Add your peanut sauce to mixture and stir until combined throughout.
  12. When serving, sprinkle sesame seeds on top and enjoy.
