With Spinach Egg Drop Soup
- 1 Egg
- 4 leaves Spinach
- 400 ml Water
- 2 tbsp Chicken soup stock granules
- 1 tbsp Katakuriko
- Add chicken soup stock granules into hot water, and bring to a boil.
- Add the bite-sized spinach.
- Dissolve the katakuriko in 1 tablespoon of water, and gently pour in.
- Swirl in the beaten egg little by little.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper, and it's done!
- It became really thick, but it's delicious.
