Wheet salad
- 200 grams whole wheat (soaked for 4 hours)
- tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 20 grams chopped tomato seed less
- 20 grams green bellpepper (capsicum)
- 20 grams onion, chopped
- 50 grams raspberry
- 50 grams black berry
- 50 grams half cut grapes green,black anyone
- 50 grams strawberry (sliced)
- 1 strawberry (for garnish)
- Boli the soaked whole wheat and strain
- Take a clean bowl add into wheat and all ingredeints leave strawberries and mix well
- Take a plate serve with the garnish of strawberry
