Cocktail Reubens
- 8 ounces refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- mustard
- 10 ounces sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
- 1 lb cocktail franks
- 1 egg yolk, lightly beaten
- caraway seed
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Separate dough into triangles.
- Cut each triangle into 3 triangles.
- Spread with mustard.
- Top with very think layer of sauerkraut and 1 cocktail frank.
- Roll to enclose.
- Brush with egg yolk and dip into caraway seeds.
- Place on unreased baking sheet and bake till golden brown, about 10 to 13 minutes.
- Serve immediately.
