Hominy Casserole

• 1 (10 lb) can white hominy
• 1 (1 lb) container sour cream
• 34 cup green chili pepper, chopped
• 16 ounces monterey jack cheese, grated
• 1 cup green onion, chopped
• 2 teaspoons salt
• 1 tablespoon pepper

1. pre-heat oven to 350.
2. combine all ingredients.
3. pour into greased baking dish.
4. bake until hot and bubbly.
