Bar B Q Beef (Crock Pot) Recipe
- 3 1/2-4 pound boneless beef chuck roast
- 1 c. minced onions
- 4 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
- 2 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon chili pwdr
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/3 c. vinegar
- 3 tbsp. lemon juice
- 14 ounce. bottle ketchup
- Cut beef crosswise into 1/4 inch slices.
- Slice beef raw.
- Combine all ingredients; mix well.
- Cook 5-6 hrs in the crock pot.
- Serve on steak rolls.
