Fruit Crumble
- 1 (400 g) can boysenberries
- 1 (400 g) can sliced apples
- 75 g butter
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 Weet-Bix, crushed
- 1 cup muesli
- Combine boysenberries and applesin a casserole dish.
- Melt honey and butter on low heat.
- Stir.
- Combine Weetbix and muesli together and add liquid, combine thoroughly.
- Cover fruit with the mixture, and bake at 180C for 30 minutes.
- Serve with whipped cream, yoghurt, or ice cream.
