Beef Rub, For when a smoker is just not available.

  1. Mix all dry ingredients and taste.
  2. Slightly salty, but with good flavor.
  3. Adjust to suit your tastes.
  4. If youd like it a little smokier, add some liquid smoke with your wet ingredients.
  5. After your wet ingredients you should have a smearable paste.
  6. You can marinate for 24 hours before cooking.
  7. I use this rub for slow cooking, not grilling.
