Exquisite and Simple Tiramisu Cream
- 100 grams Mascarpone
- 50 grams Cream cheese
- 100 grams Heavy cream
- 20 grams Granulated sugar
- Add the cream cheese, mascarpone, and 10 g of the granulated sugar to a bowl and mix well.
- In a separate bowl add the heavy cream and 10 g of the granulated sugar, and whip until stiff peaks form.
- Add the cream mixture from step 2 to the cheese mixture from step 1.
- Use a mixer on the slowest speed setting to mix.
- Store in the refrigerator overnight to increase the deliciousness.
- And it's complete.
- Use in bouche.
- For cake decoration.
- The sweetness in the roll and the decoration is delicious.
- Top with coffee powder (cocoa) for a tiramisu.
- As a topping on French bread.
