Cappuccino Parfaits
- 24 NILLA Wafers, divided
- 1/4 cup
- 1 Tbsp. hot water
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 pkg. (4-serving size) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
- 1-1/2 cups thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, divided
- Chop 18 of the wafers coarsely; set aside.
- Set remaining 6 wafers aside for garnish.
- Dissolve flavored instant coffee in hot water in medium bowl.
- Gradually add milk, stirring until well blended.
- Add dry pudding mix.
- Beat with wire whisk 2 min.
- or until well blended.
- Gently stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping.
- Spoon half of the pudding mixture evenly into 6 dessert dishes; sprinkle with the chopped wafers.
- Top with remaining pudding mixture.
- Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
- Top with the remaining 1/2 cup whipped topping and 6 reserved wafers just before serving.
