Cappuccino Parfaits

  1. Chop 18 of the wafers coarsely; set aside.
  2. Set remaining 6 wafers aside for garnish.
  3. Dissolve flavored instant coffee in hot water in medium bowl.
  4. Gradually add milk, stirring until well blended.
  5. Add dry pudding mix.
  6. Beat with wire whisk 2 min.
  7. or until well blended.
  8. Gently stir in 1 cup of the whipped topping.
  9. Spoon half of the pudding mixture evenly into 6 dessert dishes; sprinkle with the chopped wafers.
  10. Top with remaining pudding mixture.
  11. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until ready to serve.
  12. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup whipped topping and 6 reserved wafers just before serving.
