Family Style Tuna Salad
- 2 (6 ounce) cans albacore tuna
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onions
- 3 tablespoons chopped dill pickles
- 1 teaspoon chopped parsley
- 14 teaspoon garlic salt
- 14 teaspoon black pepper
- 18 teaspoon red pepper
- 1 dash hot sauce
- 12 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon creole mustard
- Rinse and drain albacore tuna in colander.
- Refrigerate for 30 min while the tuna drains.
- Mix flaked tuna with chopped eggs, celery, pickle, onion and parsley.
- Season with garlic salt, red and black pepper, hot pepper sauce and mix together.
- Stir in mayo and mustard to moisten and bind.
- Chill.
