Greek Baked Chicken

  1. Stir together first 5 ingredients.
  2. Place chicken in a shallow dish or large heavy-duty zip lock bag.
  3. Pour the oil mixture over chicken.
  4. Cover and seal marinate for 8 hours in refrigerator.
  5. Remove the chicken from the marinade; discard the marinade.
  6. Tuck wings under and tie the legs together with string if desired.
  7. Place the chicken breast side up on a rack in a shallow roasting pan.
  8. Bake at 450F for 45 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in chicken thigh reads 180F.
