Salami melt
- 1 bread roll of choice
- 3 or 4 slices of salami
- 4 or 5 slices pepperoni
- 30 grams to 50g cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 tomato, thinly sliced
- 1 sliced jalapeno, optional
- 1 few thin slices red onion, optional
- 1 couple of lettuce leaves, optional
- Cut open bread roll.
- Lightly toast both sides under grill/broiler.
- Butter roll if desired.
- Layer on salami and pepperoni.
- Top with cheese.
- Put back under broiler to melt cheese.
- Top with tomato and optional extras if desired.
