Cheesy Ham 'n Potatoes Au Gratin

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling water 15 min.
  2. or until tender; drain.
  3. Melt butter in large skillet on medium-high heat.
  4. Add onions and peppers; cook and stir 4 min.
  5. or until crisp-tender.
  6. Add VELVEETA and milk; cook on medium-low heat until VELVEETA is melted, stirring frequently.
  7. Add potatoes and ham; stir.
  8. Cook 2 to 3 min.
  9. or until heated through, stirring occasionally.
