Boston Baked Corn Recipe
- 1 tsp Dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 Tbsp. Packed brown sugar
- 1 c. Catsup
- 1 sm Onion, diced
- 2 can Whole kernel corn, (12 ounce) liquid removed
- 3 slc Bacon
- Preheat oven to 350 .
- Combine mustard, salt, brown sugar and catsup.
- Add in onion and corn, mix well.
- Pour into greased 1 1/2 qt casserole.
- Top with bacon.
- Bake for 40 min or possibly till bacon is crisp.
