Banana Bread

  1. Beat butter and sugar together till very pale.
  2. Mix in mashed banana with egg and syrup.
  3. Fold in flour, salt and milk.
  4. Pour into approx 10x4 inch loaf tin (greased and lined).
  5. Cook on mark 4 or 180C/350F.
