Vegetable Patties
- 8 ounces chickpeas
- 1 lb carrot
- 4 ounces mushrooms
- 2 red bell peppers
- 1 lb potato, cooked
- 2 onions
- 2 eggs
- 2 teaspoons potato starch
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Put everything into your food processor.
- You might need to add a little water or starch in order to give the mixture the right texture to form patties, it should not be runny nor hard like wood but everything in between is fine.
- Form patties and fry on a hot pan for 3 to 4 minutes on each side.
