Fragrant Basil Bread
- 230 grams Bread (strong) flour
- 50 grams Cake flour
- 160 ml Milk
- 16 grams Sugar
- 20 grams Butter
- 4 grams Salt
- 4 grams Dry yeast
- 50 grams Basil sauce
- Combine the bread flour and cake flour, and sift twice.
- Put the ingredients in a bread machine, and leave it up to the machine up to the 1st rising.
- Take the dough out and deflate lightly.
- Divide into 12 portions of about 44 g each.
- Cover with a damp cloth and let sit for 10 minutes.
- Round out each ball of dough again, and place seam side down on a baking sheet.
- Use the oven's bread-rising function to let the dough rise again for 30 minutes at 40C (2nd rising).
- Bake in a preheated 180C oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
- If it looks like the bread may be getting burned, cover with aluminum foil.
