Turkey Stir-Fry

  1. Heat oil over medium-high heat.
  2. Cook meat until no longer pink.
  3. Add red pepper, garlic, green onion, and stir-fry vegetables.
  4. Cook until vegetables are hot.
  5. Mix remaining ingredients then pour sauce mixture over meat and veggies.
  6. Stir and cook until sauce thickens.
  7. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
  8. Enjoy!
  9. Great leftovers too!
