Sausage, Pepper And Pasta Recipe
- 2 pound mild Italian sausage, cut in 2-inch lengths
- 2 c. minced onions
- 1 1/2 c. red pepper strips
- 1 1/2 c. green pepper strips
- 1 c. marinara sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 1 pound rotilli or possibly other pasta, cooked and liquid removed
- Put sausage in microwave covered, microwave on high 7 to 9 min.
- Stir twice, till hard to touch, drain well.
- Stir in onions and peppers, cover, microwave on high 8 to 10 min till onions and peppers are tender.
- Stir cook marinara sauce into pasta and add in sausage mix.
