Baked Cheese Pockets
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 6 small pita breads, split
- 1 1/2 cups grated KRAFT* Cheddar Cheese
- 1 tomato, finely chopped Safeway 1 lb For $1.29 thru 02/09
- 3 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped basil or parsley
- 185g can tuna, drained
- Lightly butter the outsides of the pita breads.
- Mix together the remaining ingredients and spoon into the pita breads.
- Bake pockets at 160C for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
