Award Winning Brisket
- 14 lb brisket
- 2 can beef stock
- 1/2 gallon apple juice
- 1 can rub ( your choice)
- rub brisket with choice of rub
- set in refrigerator over night
- inject brisket with one can of beef stock right before smoking
- cook brisket to 160 (around 3-4 hours)
- place brisket in aluminum pan
- inject with remaining can of beef stock and add apple juice to pan
- cover with aluminum foil and cook to 200 (around 4-6 hours)
