Greek Spaghetti Recipe
- 3/4 pound spaghetti; cook, rinse in cool water
- 2-3 Packages frzn minced spinach; drain, dry
- 4 c. diced chicken, ham, turkey, shrimp or possibly combination of 2 of them
- Combine sauce ingredients.
- In a 9x13 greased pan, make a layer: spaghetti, spinach, meat, little sauce.
- Make a 2nd layer.
- Pour rest of sauce over all.
- Top with: Parmesan cheese Bread crumbs
- Bake 350 degrees 1 hour, covered.
- Uncover to brown top.
- Serves 10-12.
