Tomatoes and Onions and Peas, Oh My!

  1. Melt butter in skillet.
  2. Chop tomatoes into approx.
  3. 1 inch cubes.
  4. Place thawed peas in skillet and cook until warm.
  5. Add onion, saute until just limp.
  6. Add carrot.
  7. Stir until carrot is warmed, 1-2 minutes.
  8. Add tomato and saute until warm.
  9. Don't overcook.
  10. Serve warm.
