Cast iron frattata

  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Saute red onion and ham in butter until onions are soft and tender.
  3. Add spinach and cook until just wilted.
  4. Add eggs and cheeses.
  5. Bake 20-25 minutes or until slightly brown on top.
  6. Enjoy!
