Smoky Baked Onion Dip
- 2 medium sweet onions, finely chopped (about 2 cups)
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) KRAFT Hickory Smoked Pasteurized Process Swiss and Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup OSCAR MAYER Real Bacon Bits
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- thin wheat snack crackers
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix onions, process cheese, mayo and bacon bits until well blended.
- Spoon into lightly greased 1-quart baking dish or 9-inch pie plate.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake 15 min.
- or until lightly browned and bubbly.
- Serve as hot dip with crackers.
