Brazilian Beef Stew

  1. Mix vinegar and dressing mix until well blended.
  2. Pour over meat in medium bowl; stir to coat.
  3. Cover.
  4. Refrigerate 20 min.
  5. Add meat and peppers to hot oil in medium saucepan.
  6. Cook on medium-high heat 5 min., stirring frequently.
  7. Add salsa and broth; mix well.
  8. Bring to boil.
  9. Reduce heat to medium; simmer 20 min.
  10. or until meat is cooked through and stew is thickened, stirring occasionally.
  11. Serve with hot cooked rice, if desired.
