Veal And Peppers Recipe

  1. Use 12 inch skillet.
  2. Place in extra virgin olive oil and onions.
  3. Cook onions on medium heat for 10 min.
  4. Add in veal with 2 ounces of vermouth.
  5. Cook 7-8 min, uncovered.
  6. Add in 2 ounces vermouth, increase heat to medium-high, stirring often, cook 7-8 min.
  7. Then lower heat to medium and add in peppers, salt, black pepper and 3 ounces water.
  8. Cover and cook 15 min.
  9. Remove and serve.
  10. Makes 4-6 servings.
  11. NOTE: Total cooking time is 40-45 min.
