Thai Peanut Marinade

  1. Mix all ingredients with wire whisk until well blended.
  2. Pour 1/3 cup of the marinade over each pound of chicken or pork; cover.
  3. Refrigerate several hours or until ready to serve.
  4. Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade.
  5. Grill meat over high heat until cooked through.
