Thai Peanut Marinade
- 1-1/4 qt. A.1. Original Sauce
- 1 cup Creamy peanut butter
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1-1/2 Tbsp. DURKEE Hot Sauce
- 2/3 cup cilantro, chopped
- Mix all ingredients with wire whisk until well blended.
- Pour 1/3 cup of the marinade over each pound of chicken or pork; cover.
- Refrigerate several hours or until ready to serve.
- Remove meat from marinade; discard marinade.
- Grill meat over high heat until cooked through.
