Bran Muffins

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Celsius.
  2. Cream together brown sugar, butter/margarine and egg.
  3. Add remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
  4. Pour into muffin cups (with or without cupcake liners) until 2/3 full.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
