Homemade Spaghetti Sauce Recipe
- 1 pound grnd chuck
- 2 (6 ounce.) cans tomato paste
- 1 med. onion, minced
- 1/2 med. green pepper, minced
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1-2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- Crumble grnd chuck into frying pan and brown.
- Drain off fat.
- Add in onion and green pepper, stirring occasionally till tender.
- Add in salt, pepper and seasoning and 1 1/2 c. water.
- Stir in tomato paste till desired consistency.
- Add in Worcestershire sauce.
- Simmer over low heat for 45 min, stirring occasionally.
- Add in more water if needed.
