KRAFT RECIPE MAKERS Shrimp with Creamy Tomato Sauce
- 1/2 lb. fettuccine, uncooked
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 2 zucchini, chopped
- 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen artichoke hearts
- 1 lb. uncooked deveined peeled medium shrimp
- 1 pkg. (18 oz.) KRAFT RECIPE MAKERS Three Cheese Florentine
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
- Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
- Meanwhile, heat oil in large skillet on medium heat.
- Add zucchini and artichokes; cook and stir 2 min.
- Add shrimp and Simmer Sauce; cook and stir 5 min.
- or until shrimp turn pink.
- Stir in Baking Sauce.
- Serve with cooked pasta.
- Top with fresh basil.
