Becky Sue's BBQ Pork & Pistachio Bacon Bullets

  1. Combine all ingredients except bacon and Becky Sue's BBQ Sauce; divide into 16 portions (or into 4 portions for trial recipe), using about 8.5-oz.
  2. meat mixture for each portion.
  3. Roll each portion into 6-inch log.
  4. Wrap 4 bacon slices, evenly spaced, around each log; secure with skewers.
  5. Grill until bacon is crisp and meat logs are heated through and evenly browned, turning occasionally.
  6. Glaze each roll with 2 Tbsp.
  7. Becky Sue's BBQ Sauce.
  8. Remove from grill.
  9. Discard skewers.
  10. Cut each log into 4 pieces to serve.
