Lager Meat
- 1 onion (sliced thin)
- 1 lb pork loin (cubed)
- 1 lb top sirloin beef (cubed)
- 4 boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 1 lb hot Italian sausage link
- salt & fresh ground pepper (to taste)
- beer (to cover)
- 1 onion (sliced thin)
- Heat oven 350.
- Scatter onion in a sprayed 9x13.
- Layer on the pork, beef, chicken and sausage.
- Season.
- Cover with beer.
- Top with onion.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake 1 hour.
- Uncover.
- Turn oven up to 450.
- Bake 30 minutes.
