Lager Meat

  1. Heat oven 350.
  2. Scatter onion in a sprayed 9x13.
  3. Layer on the pork, beef, chicken and sausage.
  4. Season.
  5. Cover with beer.
  6. Top with onion.
  7. Cover with foil.
  8. Bake 1 hour.
  9. Uncover.
  10. Turn oven up to 450.
  11. Bake 30 minutes.
