Salisbury Steak with Onion Gravy

  1. In bowl, combine 13 cup soup with beef, crumbs, egg, salt, pepper.
  2. Shape into 6 oval patties.
  3. In skillet, brown patties: pour off fat.
  4. Gradually blend remaining soup into flour until smooth.
  5. Add to skillet with remaining ingredients; stir to loosen browned bits.
  6. Cover, cook over low heat 20 minutes or until done.
  7. Stir now and then.
