Eggnog Cake Recipe

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Beat 4 min.
  3. Pour the batter into 2 wax paper lined, greased and floured 9" pans.
  4. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 min.
  5. Cold 10 min.
  6. Turn out onto a cake rack and cold thoroughly.
  7. Spread cooled eggnog filling between the layers.
  8. Frost with whipped cream frosting and dust with nutmeg.
  9. Chill.
