Tinklee's Waffle Stuffed Pizza
- 2 can lg grand biscuits
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 6oz canadian bacon
- 3 1/2 oz sliced pepperoni
- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 can tomato sauce 15oz
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp italian seasonings
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Mix up pizza sauce ingredients, mix tomato sauce with garlic, onion powder, Italian seasonings, and black pepper, aside
- Flatten 2 biscuits, I use a glass to roll them out with, works best to roll out on foil, spread pizza sauce that you made earlier on one side of each biscuit, making sure you stay away from the edges
- Place 1 canadian bacon, 4 slices pepperoni, and some bacon bits, and then top off with mozzarella cheese
- Now place the other biscuit that has been flatten and some sauce on it, and place on top of the other one, then seal edges, make sure no sauce touches, it will make edges harder to seal, i like to fold the bottom edge over the top edge and press to seal
- Now coat one side with grated parmesan cheese
- Heat waffle machine up, when heated, put stuffed biscuit in waffle iron and bake till done
- Heat remaining pizza sauce up and use as a dpping sauce for your waffle pizza
