Beef Paprikash
- 6 Tbsp. canola oil, divided
- boneless beef sirloin steaks, cut into strips
- 1-1/2 cups Kraft Calorie-Wise Zesty Italian Dressing
- 3-3/4 qt. fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1-1/2 qt. onions, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- 1 cup paprika
- 6 Tbsp. garlic, minced
- 4-1/2 cups 25%-less-sodium beef broth
- 1-1/2 qt. frozen peas
- 1-1/2 cups Miracle Whip Calorie-Wise Spread
- 1-1/2 gal. yolk-free whole wheat egg noodles, cooked
- 1-1/2 qt. tomatoes, seeded, chopped King Sooper's 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
- Heat 1-1/2 tsp.
- (7 mL) oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
- Add meat in batches; cook 2 to 3 min.
- or until evenly browned, adding remaining oil to skillet as needed.
- Transfer to bowl.
- Heat Italian dressing in same skillet on medium heat.
- Add mushrooms and onions; cook 10 to 12 min.
- or until tender, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in paprika and garlic; cook 1 min.
- Add broth; stir.
- Bring to boil.
- Add meat and peas; simmer on medium-low heat 5 to 7 min.
- or until meat is done.
- Stir in Miracle Whip until well blended.
- For each serving: Top 1 cup (250 mL) hot noodles with 1 cup (250 mL) meat mixture and 1/4 cup (50 mL) tomatoes.
