Beef Paprikash

  1. Heat 1-1/2 tsp.
  2. (7 mL) oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat.
  3. Add meat in batches; cook 2 to 3 min.
  4. or until evenly browned, adding remaining oil to skillet as needed.
  5. Transfer to bowl.
  6. Heat Italian dressing in same skillet on medium heat.
  7. Add mushrooms and onions; cook 10 to 12 min.
  8. or until tender, stirring occasionally.
  9. Stir in paprika and garlic; cook 1 min.
  10. Add broth; stir.
  11. Bring to boil.
  12. Add meat and peas; simmer on medium-low heat 5 to 7 min.
  13. or until meat is done.
  14. Stir in Miracle Whip until well blended.
  15. For each serving: Top 1 cup (250 mL) hot noodles with 1 cup (250 mL) meat mixture and 1/4 cup (50 mL) tomatoes.
