Chicken n Dumplings ala Patty

  1. Poach chicken in water that has been seasoned with the boulion and above listed spices
  2. Set chicken aside to cool
  3. Strain your cooking water and return to pot
  4. Add the cream of chicken soup and let the liquid come to a boil
  5. Combine flour, milk and oil to form a dough.
  6. Roll out and cut small squares for your dumplings
  7. Add these to the liquid Carefully (don't want em clumping into a mess on ya)
  8. Shred the chicken and add to pot.
  9. Once dumplings have cooked thru your ready to enjoy some South in yo Mouth
