Quick Mexican Pork Mole

  1. Cook and stir onion and garlic in hot oil in large skillet on medium heat until tender.
  2. Increase heat to high.
  3. Add pork; cook and stir 5 minutes or until pork is golden brown on all sides.
  4. Add barbecue sauce, chocolate and crushed red pepper; mix well.
  5. Stir in 1/2 cup water.
  6. Bring to a boil; cover.
  7. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 10 minutes or until pork is cooked through, stirring occasionally.
  8. Serve over rice.
