BBQ Chicken Pizza
- boneless skinless chicken breasts, cooked, cut into strips
- 1-1/2 qt. Kraft Regular BarBQ Sauce, divided
- 24 ready-to-use pizza crusts (7 inch)
- 2 qt. Delissio Italian Mozzarella Block, shredded, divided
- 1-1/2 qt. green peppers, cut into thin strips
- 1-1/2 qt. red onions, thinly sliced
- Toss chicken with 2-1/2 cups (625 mL) of the barbecue sauce (or with 2 Tbsp.
- 30 mL of the barbecue sauce for trial recipe).
- Place pizza crusts on baking sheets; sprinkle evenly with half of the cheese.
- Top with chicken mixture, peppers, onions and remaining barbecue sauce; sprinkle with remaining cheese.
- Bake in 450F-standard oven 14 min.
- or until cheese is melted and crusts are golden brown.
- Let stand 5 min.
- before cutting into wedges to serve.
